What I appreciate most is how Doc Mia is always honest, reliable, and genuinely committed to giving the best care—not just the quickest or easiest solution. Years ago, Doc helped realign my protruding teeth by wearing braces in <2 years, so I had the best smile and prettiest face during my wedding. I also brought my parents here who never experienced going to a private dentist before. The care and attention they received made them very well taken cared of. It’s been over 3 years now, and their dentures are still in excellent condition. 😊 I recently came back to have my dentures for my missing molars. It was actually my second time having it done—I tried it first at a different clinic near CEU known for its cheap price but I  couldn’t stand wearing it for it felt heavy and had some sharp edges. With Doc Mia, the dentures felt light; kasing gaan ng kamay nya and her staffs. They made sure they fit exactly right before letting me go. Kaya naman, no more pain while eating, and no more ngalay feeling sa jaw. What I admire most is Doc’s lifelong commitment to her patients. She never stops learning, keeps improving her craft, and consistently delivers quality care. That kind of dedication is something you don’t see every day.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Updated review: Updating my review because Teeth Hub reached out, acknowledged the communication lapse, and made things right. Our concern was never the dentist or the quality of care. The procedure went well. The issue was that we were initially quoted ₱20,000, but the cost changed to ₱30,000 plus the suture fee on the day of the procedure. While the change was explained to my mom, it happened after the procedure had already been completed. We simply wish we had been informed beforehand. I appreciate that the clinic listened to our feedback, took responsibility, and has taken steps to improve their communication. Meet Dra. Mia Anne Villanueva-Perez

Dr. Mia Anne Villanueva-Perez is practicing Orthodontics, Dental Surgery, Dental Implant and Esthetic Dentistry. She passed the Philippines Licensure Exam in December 2011 and passed the Saudi Council of Health Prometric Exam in September 2016.

She was a constant Dean’s lister and an Academic Scholar at Lyceum Northwestern University 2009-2011. She was also a Colgate-Palmolive and Philippine Association of Dental Colleges scholar batch 2009-2010. She was awarded as the Best Clinician and Leadership award during her batch. She took her Post graduate in Esthetic Dentistry in Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Centro Escolar University, Makati. She had her continuing education on Implant Dentistry at Warantec Implant Academy operating by Osseointegration. She also had her preceptorship in Orthodontics under Orthodontic Practical group and had her training in Complicated extraction, Dental surgery (odontectomy and apicoectomy) at Dental Collaborations Oro-maxillofacial and Implantology Center.She also had her Basic training course in Occupational Dental Health at College of Public Health Manila, University of the Philippines.

She is a member of the Philippine Dental Association, an editor-in-chief of Pangasinan Chapter Publication in the year 2015, a member of Parañaque Dental Chapter since 2018, Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Pasig-Pateros-Taguig Dental chapter and a Fellow of the Philippine College of Oral Implantologist in the same year. She is currently one of the pioneer batch and a member of the Lip and Tie Tongue Philippines, advocating painless breastfeeding of mothers to babies. Recently, she also joined the Asia Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry and now a member as well with PAFJO-TMJ since 2025.
Dr. Perez earned her work experiences both in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia hence, she has a strong exposure to different up-to-date facilities and various dental cases which helped her hone more her skills in dentistry.

As Dr. Perez strongly believed in continuous education, since then she has been relentlessly attending seminars and training to sharpen her skills and knowledge. Recently, she has been attending training and workshops about Dental Sleep Medicine and Orofacial Pain, PAFJO-TMJ, The Medical City, Ortigas.

She also joined the training regarding the Implant and Perioplastic surgery, KAOMI-PCOI, Osteem Implant held in Seoul, South Korea last June 2023.

Currently, Dr. Perez is pursuing her thesis to accomplish her studies in Master of Science in Dentistry Major in Periodontics at Centro Escolar University- Mendiola, Manila. To offer the highest level of service for diagnosing and treating periodontal disease and dental implant placement to her patients.

Dr. Perez was blessed with two beautiful daughters and a very loving and supportive husband. She has been passionate about painting and creating wonderful memories with her family through traveling.
