Important reminder
*Commitment fee- After completing the online request, you will be prompted to deposit a commitment fee of 300 pesos (similar to a reservation fee) of which you may deposit online (via link/qr code provided). This is to give consideration to our dentists and staff who prepared all the materials needed for the procedure on the day of your appointment, and in order to avoid missed/cancelled appointments. The commitment fee is deductible from the total amount due that we will settle on the day of your appointment. In return, If you are present and on-time on the set schedule, you will be given 5% off discount on your latest bill (via text or chat message a voucher will be given to you).
Once the commitment fee is settled then your appointment will be confirmed. Kindly settle the commitment fee within 24 hours so that we may be able to accommodate other patients in case you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result to the cancellation or invalid appointment. Commitment fee is non refundable if the patient cancelled the appointment within 24 hours or within the day of the appointment.
